Atomoscan × Radio Culture: Visualizing Office Vibes

At Vitalify Asia, we have an internal radio culture, “VFA Radio”.
After lunch breaks and around 3–4 pm, VFA Radio Music is played through the speakers that are set up throughout the office for staff refreshment.
This culture came up with the idea of a young staff member. This originator’s idea is to play music at around the time when everyone is apt to zone out.
With the encouragement of the surrounding staff and the help of our in-house sound professional member, we could smoothly make this flow.
She had felt that at this time of day, everyone was less focused and the atmosphere in the office was less energetic.
In fact, it just so happens that our AI team had been developing “Atomoscan”, a device that visualizes the atmosphere of space. This “Atmoscan” measures the Happiness Index of the space in which it is placed. It can quantify and visualize the “atmosphere” that until now it could only be measured by human senses.
And surprisingly, the timeframe she felt less energetic matches the data detected by our internal “Atmoscan” test. Data from about two months of internal testing shows that the office vibes get down the most around 4 pm.
VFA Radio can be a measure to lights up the vibes of our office at this timeframe. Through making this radio culture, we got ready to test and demonstrate the improvement of the low-vibes by music.
It also concerns us that the happiness index is down even during 10 -11 am, simply because that’s when everyone is most focused. We should calculate more detailed data like “the atmosphere everyone is focused” and “the atmosphere everyone is relaxed.
Anyway, the point is to prove with objective data and numbers that music can change the vibe of space (as we all feel and know).
Since the establishment of Vitalify Asia, we have laid out “No.1 M.U.S.I.C” - Mobile, Unique, Software, Internet, Company.
We are very excited about this project that came by chance.
