VFA Launches PROSHARE in Vietnam | Exhibiting at VIBE 2026

Vitalify Asia (VFA) is launching PROSHARE in Vietnam, a site information-sharing tool designed to support communication and information sharing at construction sites.

PROSHARE is a service licensed by KENTEM and is currently available only in Japan. VFA is developing a localized version for the Vietnamese market and will be responsible for sales, implementation support, and operational support in Vietnam.

The official service launch is scheduled for December 2026, and we are currently recruiting pre-launch users who can try the service free of charge.

What Is PROSHARE?

At construction sites, many stakeholders—including site staff, internal team members, and partner companies—need to share project progress, schedules, drawings, documents, notices, and other information.

PROSHARE is a tool designed to make this information sharing smoother by linking three functions: Chat, Schedule, and Project Management.

A chat group can be created for each project, allowing communications and reports among stakeholders to be managed in one place. It can also be used to coordinate schedules not only within the site and company, but also with partner companies.

Drawings and documents can be version-controlled, allowing users to share the latest version instead of creating additional files every time something is updated. The information can also be checked from a smartphone, making it accessible at the construction site or while on the move.

By combining simple functions and consolidating information and communication that can easily become fragmented at construction sites, PROSHARE aims to reduce the time required for confirmation and communication.

VFA Will Exhibit at VIBE 2026 in Vietnam

As the first step in its expansion into Vietnam, VFA will exhibit at VIBE 2026 (Vietnam Interior & Build Expo), held at SECC in Ho Chi Minh City from September 30 to October 3, 2026.

VIBE is an exhibition jointly organized by HAWA and SACA, bringing together companies from the architecture, interior, and construction industries. VFA will exhibit at Booth B12 in the Japan Pavilion and introduce PROSHARE for the Vietnamese market.

At the venue, visitors will be able to see the service currently under development and learn how PROSHARE can be used for information sharing at construction sites, project management, and communication with partner companies.

Recruiting Pre-Launch Users Ahead of the Official Launch in April 2027

Ahead of the official service launch scheduled for April 2027, VFA is recruiting free pre-launch users who can try PROSHARE in actual use. The program is intended for construction companies, contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, and Japanese construction companies operating in Vietnam.

We will continue developing the service for the Vietnamese market while listening to feedback from participating companies about the information-sharing challenges they face at actual construction sites and how PROSHARE can be used to address them.
