[VFA Culture] Empowering Our Vision: Launching Our First Employee Engagement Survey

At Vitalify Asia, our current vision is "Everyone Gets Addicted to Us." We believe that to achieve this, it is essential for our team members themselves to feel deeply engaged—or "addicted"—to their work and the environment we cultivate.

As a new step toward building such an organization, we have launched a company-wide Employee Engagement Survey. In this post, we would like to share the background of this initiative and the kind of workplace we aim to build.

Why We Launched the Engagement Survey

The primary motivation behind this initiative was a desire to understand the current state of our organization based on a reliable, data-driven foundation, rather than relying on intuition or assumptions.

Our goal is not simply to conduct a survey and move on. Instead, we aim to establish a continuous cycle of "listening to employee voices, making improvements, and sharing the results," utilizing this process as a regular "health checkup" for our organization.

In our inaugural survey, our team members sincerely took the time to respond amidst their busy schedules, resulting in a 100% response rate. 

This reflects a strong, shared interest among our team in shaping the future of our organization.

What We Are Measuring

To gauge the state of our organization, we primarily observe it from the following three perspectives.

  1. Engagement Index: Inner motivation, such as a sense of fulfillment through work and a proactive desire to contribute.
  2. Satisfaction: The overall level of satisfaction with the foundation and environment provided by the company.
  3. eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score): The degree to which team members would recommend our company to friends and acquaintances as a great place to work.

We plan to measure these metrics continuously, using them as reference points to consider whether we are moving in the right direction as an organization.

Investigation and Analysis Using 4 Engagement Factors

To understand the current state of our organization more comprehensively and specifically, we have categorized the survey questions into four "Engagement Factors" for our analysis:

  1. Work Experience & Growth
  2. Manager & Leadership
  3. Work Environment & Collaboration
  4. Well-being & Reward

By breaking down the questions and analyzing the data based on these factors, we aim to visualize which aspects of the organization are our strengths and which areas may require more focus.

Future Actions Based on the Analysis

By launching this employee engagement survey, we have begun to see which factors have a strong correlation with our 3 key metrics (Engagement Index, Satisfaction, and eNPS).

Moving forward, based on these analytical insights, we plan to prioritize the factors that showed a high correlation with the key metrics, taking appropriate improvement actions as a company.

By addressing the identified areas and enhancing the workplace, we hope to ultimately build an organization where every employee is empowered to deliver their best performance.

Looking Ahead

Thanks to the voices gathered from all 146 members (as of April 2026), we were able to clearly understand where we should shine the spotlight and focus so that the people working at Vitalify Asia can first become "Addicted" to the company.

We have shared these results with the management leaders and are encouraging them to propose continuous improvements.

This survey represents just the first step. We plan to conduct this survey on a regular basis (every 6 months) and continue utilizing the gathered data to drive ongoing organizational improvements.
